By accessing or using the d4vd website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use d4vd's services. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. d4vd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that fails to provide satisfactory verification.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with the laws of the country or territory in which they are located. d4vd makes no guarantee that its content or services are appropriate or permitted in all jurisdictions.
Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of d4vd's services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being terminated.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the d4vd support team immediately.
Users are prohibited from using automation software, bots, or any other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform. Any attempt to manipulate the system, deceive other users, or disrupt platform operations may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.
Payments, Transactions & Deposit Policy in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the d4vd platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. d4vd is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect information submitted by the user.
Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policies, which may change from time to time. Withdrawals will be processed via the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise stated. Processing times range from a few minutes to three business days depending on the chosen method.
D4vd reserves the right to withhold or delay payments for security reviews, identity verification, or investigations into suspicious activity. Any bonuses or promotional credits are subject to the specific wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer and cannot be directly withdrawn as cash.
Liability, Account Suspension & Closure
D4vd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our platform. This includes but is not limited to service disruptions, technical failures, or data loss.
The platform reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or at the request of relevant authorities. In cases of closure due to a breach, any legitimate funds remaining in the account may be withheld pending further investigation.
Users who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the d4vd support team. Account closures requested by users will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible remaining funds will be returned via an appropriate method.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
All content on the d4vd platform — including logos, text, graphics, software, and interface design — is the exclusive property of d4vd or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. d4vd is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Any use of such links is entirely at your own risk.
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the d4vd platform will be resolved through the appropriate courts in Malaysia. d4vd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and users will be notified via a notice on the website or their registered email.
